This document outlines the general principles of the limited warranties and guarantees provided by Tire Boss. This statement is a placeholder only and does not constitute a specific contract or guarantee for any purchased product or service.

For all final and binding warranty details, limitations, and claim procedures, customers must contact Tire Boss directly and consult the specific manufacturer's warranty information provided at the time of purchase.

General Terms of Limited Warranty

  • Coverage: Warranty coverage, where applicable, is strictly limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, as defined by the original manufacturer of the tire, part, or equipment.
  • Duration: The duration and extent of any warranty are dictated solely by the specific manufacturer's policy in effect on the date of purchase. Tire Boss facilitates these manufacturer warranties but does not extend or modify them.
  • Dealer Responsibility: Tire Boss is responsible for performing quality installation and service, as well as honoring specific in-store warranties or guarantees explicitly offered by Tire Boss in writing (such as a limited labor guarantee), provided the customer retains the original invoice.
  • Exclusions (Non-Covered Issues): No warranty, express or implied, covers damage caused by road hazards, accidental damage, improper maintenance, abuse, racing, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications. Any failure resulting from external causes is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Important Limitations

This limited placeholder warranty specifically excludes:

  1. Consequential or Incidental Damages: Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, towing charges, or lodging expenses.
  2. Specific Product Guarantees: Any claims related to mileage, tread life, or specific performance metrics unless those metrics are explicitly stated in a manufacturer's written warranty provided to the customer.

By accepting service or purchasing products from Tire Boss, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the official, binding warranty terms are solely those provided by the manufacturer or explicitly detailed in a separate written agreement with Tire Boss.
